MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – April 2, 2007 5:10 PM

Also Present: Bill Habelt, President of Wildwood Property Owners Assoc.

Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as read.
William Habelt requested permission to reprint in the upcoming WPOA newsletter a Police Department article that was in the March issue of the Tolland Tattler. Permission granted.
Bill Habelt also asked for an update on the waterfront property owned by the town located in WPOA. The Board of Selectmen is currently working on relocated the existing “right of way” and then will be placing the property out for bid for a realtors commission.
Joanne Duval reviewed an inspection report of the trash compactor with the board.
Joanne updated the board on the status of the non-criminal disposition ticket and will continue to keep the board informed.
Robert Bitso inquired about The Police Department’s article in the April Tattler, specifically the tenant/landlord dispute calls. The Board of Selectmen let him know that the Board of Selectmen, Board of Health, Fire Department and Police Department are working on resolving the problem.
